Kimberly MacMillan brings nearly two decades of experience in legal recruitment, human resources management, and professional services leadership. Her career spans legal recruitment, law firm administration, human resources management, and legal practice support, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the legal industry.

Prior to joining Hunter West, Kimberly served as Director of Recruitment for a leading legal recruitment firm, where she spent 14 years building trusted relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues. Highly regarded for her ability to quickly assess situations, understand client and candidate needs, and navigate complex recruitment matters with discretion and integrity, Kimberly is known for delivering results while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Kimberly is passionate about creating successful, long-term matches between legal professionals and employers. She takes the time to understand each client's culture and objectives, as well as each candidate's experience, goals, and aspirations. Her thoughtful, relationship-driven approach, combined with her strong work ethic, reliability, and genuine care for people, has earned the trust of legal professionals throughout British Columbia and beyond.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Paralegal Diploma, a Human Resources Management Certificate, and the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. She is a member of CPHR BC& Yukon, a former Co-Chair of the Professional Recruiters Roundtable, and a former member of the British Columbia Legal Management Association (BCLMA), where she served as Co-Chair of the Small Firms Subsection.

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, exploring Vancouver's vibrant restaurant scene, and discovering new coffee shops. A true foodie, she is always eager to experience the latest culinary destination.
