Kimberly MacMillan brings nearly two decades of experiencein legal recruitment, human resources management, and professional servicesleadership. Her career spans legal recruitment, law firm administration, humanresources management, and legal practice support, providing her with acomprehensive understanding of the legal industry.

Prior to joining Hunter West, Kimberly served as Director ofRecruitment for a leading legal recruitment firm, where she spent 14 yearsbuilding trusted relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues. Highlyregarded for her ability to quickly assess situations, understand client andcandidate needs, and navigate complex recruitment matters with discretion andintegrity, Kimberly is known for delivering results while maintaining thehighest professional standards.

Kimberly is passionate about creating successful, long-termmatches between legal professionals and employers. She takes the time tounderstand each client's culture and objectives, as well as each candidate'sexperience, goals, and aspirations. Her thoughtful, relationship-drivenapproach, combined with her strong work ethic, reliability, and genuine carefor people, has earned the trust of legal professionals throughout BritishColumbia and beyond.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a ParalegalDiploma, a Human Resources Management Certificate, and the CharteredProfessional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. She is a member of CPHR BC& Yukon, a former Co-Chair of the Professional Recruiters Roundtable, and aformer member of the British Columbia Legal Management Association (BCLMA),where she served as Co-Chair of the Small Firms Subsection.

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with familyand friends, travelling, exploring Vancouver's vibrant restaurant scene, anddiscovering new coffee shops. A true foodie, she is always eager to experiencethe latest culinary destination.
